Refund Policy

You see your finished website before you pay anything, and your first month is free, so payments aren't refundable. Instead, you can cancel anytime. Questions? Email contact@afterpage.co.

No refunds

Monthly and yearly payments aren't refundable, including partial months and the unused part of a year.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel from your dashboard (Manage billing) whenever you like, and you won't be charged again. Cancel during your free month and you won't be charged at all. Your website stays live until the end of the period you've already paid for.

If something goes wrong on our side

If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or your website was offline for a long time because of us, tell us and we'll put it right, including a refund where it's fair.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
